Mie Varming

I have been working at the department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Frederiksberg Hospital since 1982.

In 1993-1996, I implemented the transport-IVF project at Frederiksberg Hospital together with Hans Krog and was trained in advanced fertility treatments. Since that time, I have worked full time with fertility treatment.

From 1995 – 2005, I independently performed all hormonal stimulations, ultrasound scanning and insemination treatments at Frederiksberg Hospital, which resulted in more than 500 children.

Since 2005 I work at Danish Fertility Clinic. I carry out ultrasound scannings and inseminations and assist the doctors with IVF treatments. You will also meet me when you need instructions on your treatment and medication.

It is very important for me that you feel safe, comfortable and well instructed during the treatments and when you leave the Clinic as this will alleviate the psychological burden of your treatment.
