Merete Kristensen

I am registered laboratory technician and have been working with cell cultures, chromosome analyses from amniotic fluid and chorion villus biopsies since 1981. Subsequently, i worked as embryologist in another private IVF Clinic here in Copenhagen for 7 years. I have also been working in the Biotec Industry with culturing cell lines for research. However, I missed the work in the fertility laboratory and therefore applied for job at Danish Fertility Clinic, where I have been working since 2008. In 2010 I passed the exam as ESHRE certified Clinical Embryologist.

I master all techniques used in a modern fertility laboratory and have participated in many specialist courses for embryologist. I look forward to help you with my great knowledge in the laboratory. I aim at constantly being updated with my knowledge and technical skills for the benefit of our patients.

You will meet me when you bring your semen sample, when you ask for the results of the diagnostic semen analysis, during oocyte aspiration and embryo transfer.
